Mold Workshop.
In house tooling design and fabrication, normally one day one mold produced. We have vertical machining center, planar machining center as well as tens of high-precision equipments such as WEDM-LS cutting machines and EDM machines.
Die Casting Workshop.
We have a total of many high-precision YIZUMI die-casting machines, many Germany Vinohans Machines, and hundreds of CNC lathes and 30 porous drilling machines. Material feeding, discharging, cleaning and conveying are all automatically finished by mechanical arms.There are 8 production lines to meet your mass production requirements with 2000 pieces per week.
Spraying Workshop.
We have independently researched and developed six spraying systems with characteristics of environmental protection, full-automation and full-enclosure and technique patent. It adopts electrostatic spraying and owns dust exhaust system.The surface thickness can be accurated to 0.07mm.
